Property owners at Roda

My wife and i have purchased a property at Roda , and would like to exchange ideas, views and experience with fellow owners.

We have bought on 1st phase and are hoping to get our furniture package sorted out in Jan 07,We completed our snagging in Nov (had a game of Golf as well!). Hope to get back early next year and start renting end Feb hopefully

Just to let you know we visited Villapac furniture warehouse in Milton Keynes as advertised by eos and found them very helpful. It was good to see all the items they have to offer and the furniture was good quality. We have purchased on Roda Phase 3 so it will be some time before we need to order furniture. You can make an appointment or just drop in. They have a small industrial unit with various room layouts, right down to the last tea spoon!

Be very careful when using VILLAPAC.

I have read on several forums that they tie you into a contract and not flexible  if you want to make changes. On member of the forum lot their £350 deposit as they wanted to make changes from their initial order. We visited the showrooms in Milton Keynes., They seemed OK but got the feeling the price depended on how much the sales people could wangle out of you.
