Mainly how the development is coming along? IE: are the commercials up and running yet? Also kids, are there many kids on the development around my daughters age (13)? Is there a good community spirit? Just general info

Have you tried searching for your specific development on the development forum thread?
It may be listed on there and people may already be dicussing all the things you need to know about.
If the development is not listed, you can start a new thread off and people will quickly join in.

Hi Pedz,
Right hold onto your hat!!!!!
The development is due to be complete and handed over to the town hall by March 2008.
There are tennis courts,bowls and childrens playground in the plans.
The school bus for Algorfa school picks up from the roundabout every morning.
The commercial centre units are selling at the moment with 8 of the 18 on reserve and licences at the application stage,i think there are plans in for;Chinese and Indian Restaurants,supermarket,Irish Bar and numerous cafe's and drinking holes.
The land close by (Masa(boo!)concrete factory at the moment has been bought by Eroski for a shopping Mall with cinema bowling alley etc)
Lo Crispin is a mixed community of retired people and families with quite a few children around your daughters age.
There was a fun day held this year there when money was raised for the butterfly children's appeal,with massage treatment,TKO Gold radio,bucking bronco,bouncy castle etc etc....this is an annual event.
20 mins walk or 5 min drive to Quesada.
Zoco sunday market the same distance as above.
Nice and quiet but not too far from hustle and bustle of Quesada amenities.
Golf course planned(ha ha)but don't hold your breath.
If you let me know the particular builder you bought from i can go into more detail............................
