Hi all,
I would really appreciate if anyone can help. We are arrivning in Costa del Sol late on 22nd December. Is it time enough until then to leave the shopping for the Christmas dinner or would we need to organise something this end to bring out. If I wanted to buy a turkey or some fillet steaks, where is the best place to go?
Thanks

Cant remember what day is Xmas day and cant be faffed to get the calendar but think Friday is the 22nd - shops open on Saturday 24th - whether you will get a Turkey or not is another matter as it is not particularly traditonal Spanish. Carrefour in Estepona, Mercadona, Supersol etc will all be open. If you want the phone number for an English butcher in Benavista to order a turkey let me know by PM or to the work e mail and I will find out. Think he is open on the Sunday for Turkey pick ups. Presumably you can pay the deposit over the phone. Gib should also be open on 24th but might me a nightmare at Morrisons.

Rgds
