Assuming this is Monte Zenia between Villamartin and Cabo Roig, you are fairly close to the La Zenia shopping centre, the beaches of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia, and the night life provided at Cabo Roig.
What the property is like around Monte Zenia itself I don't know, but if I was considering buying/renting there I would want to know what the road noise from the AP7 is like.
