Hello, we are looking to fill 1 possition in Benalmadena, we need a gardener + maintainace person.

He will be in charge of receiving guests in our houses, general maintanance(Houses and communal areas), swimming pool and gardens mainatainance, cleaning the houses for short let clients before their arrival....

We offer a reasonable salary + house + house bills with in the condominium, so is ideal for a single person or a couple.

We need a very trusteable person, with good manners and good client attitude, english is needed as  language + spanish, very organised, skills in computers is a plus, knoledge in electricity is a plus(electrician or plumber) as well.the candidate must be prepared not only to deal with maintainance but also cleaning houses, organising time tables, be fluent to manage repairs( owens, fridges...), sorting guests/client problems, it will be ideal a couple so one could help the other with the cleaning etc......
