Is anyone else having problems with the service currently being provided by Norton's?
Right now I am having ongoing problems (as are a lot of my neighbours) & no-one can get anywhere with Norton's who seem totally disinterested.

Yes we and our neighbours in Murcia are having problems and Norton are not responding much even when we visit the office. Would like to hear from others on EOS if the problem is widespread.
