Going to Court

Is there anyone out ther fighting the banks over bank guarantees that have been summond to  court by the judge to be questioned by the banks? It makes it sound like we are the ones in the wrong not the banks.Any information would be apparaciated.

as far as I know we are plaintiffs and the banks requested our presance in court for questioning at a pretrial hearing

is it normal for the bank to ask to question you when you are the one that should be questioning them?

The investigation system in Spain and UK are not the same.

In Spain when one makes a denuncia (allegation of wrong doing against another) the police forward the papers to a judge. The judge decides what further action is necessary. Thus he/she may want to question the person making the allegation to ensure a ‘wrong’ has been committed and to decide what further action is required.
