Hi, my wife and i have bought on phase 2,we were on site on 25th july ,there was water in the both pools,but no filter system was working.Hoping to sign up in sept/oct, but after reading some of the stories, who knows.I also know Four other couples who have also bought on phase 2, one of these has already moved in, i was enjoying having a beer with them on their sun terrace.So cheer up things will be ok.
