hi

we are moving to spain and hoping to buy in April this year and have seen a couple of properties which we are interested in viewing in villas del duque, but would like to know if there are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes near by - within walking distance and also if there is a bus stop near by to take you to nearby towns etc. We dont want to live somewhere that is too isolated and has a good community feel.

Thanks

Jan

Be warned if you no nothing about the area then rent for a couple of months before you buy you can rent a apartment for around the 250eu per month that way you can have a good look round if you decide to buy and it does not work out for you it will turn into a very expensive mistake their are thousands of unsold properties in Spain for sale a speaking through experience the cheaper end of the market are very difficult to sell on good luck.
