Taking your lawyer to court

Hi All,

 

Can anyone tell me how you should proceed (in Spain) to take your (ex-)lawyer to court?

As you will be using a lawyer to take another lawyer to Court, that one will start with a required preliminary information to the corresponding Bar Association for a mediated solution after which, if problem is not solved, judicial action can be started.
