Menara Beach Complex

I'm new to eyeonspain & I'm looking at buying a unit in this development in Estepona, does anybody have any knowledge of this complex & would they recommend it, any information regarding the area would be appreciated.

Hi Peter,

How much is the service charge and community charge? Do the units have their own electricity meter or just a link meter to service reception? Can you let out your own property or do rentals have to go through service reception?

I'm a cynic where developments are concerned, they are often a money pit for the purchaser and an ever appreciating income bonus for the developer, be very careful.
