Having just sold a property in Spain for the second time I'm determined next time to share the capital and 'on' costs.
As (mainly) a winter user it should not be difficult to find somone who wants to share.
We are looking for 2 bedrooms, ground floor or lift, S-SW facing in Orihuela Costa (S from Trorrevieja) as near to the sea as finances allow.
Anyone, particularly if thy live within easy driving distance of Hertfordshire in the UK, interested please respond and we can meet.
