The Legal Notice insertion must have caused mayhem within Wincham’s ranks, they were certainly not expecting it!
This firm has been regularly advertising their spurious services for some time now and it could just not carry on. They are now trying to find a loophole in the Tax Office letter that closes their loophole, it at all they thought this was the case, something that is just crazy (especially when any lawyer should advise to keep well away from the red line separating tax avoidance/tax evasion).
I find their whole business model totally illegal and they will soon run into serious legal problems unless, of course, a miracle happens and they get the Spanish Tax Office to say that it is all ‘kosher’.
