Kids Savings Junior Isas Childtrust funds low cost index trackers....

Hi All, 

I have been looking into this for a while via google, but am making little headway. Does anyone know if there are things like child trust funds, or junior isas in Spain? Are there any reputable online brokers/traders that sell index funds and are transparent In their operating costs? How do parents save for their kids future here?  I totally appreciate that whilst in the middle of the worst economic crisis, eating might be more necessary than saving...but, still I am worried for my children and have a spare 100euros per month to ensure they can at least go to uni if they want to when older...or something....but, for the life of me, I can't see any products that help with this...to save on a monthly basis...
