OK,  ask at a shop selling electrical materials (switches , cables, fuses etc)

This is a good one you can get chinese ones for around £10

You will need some more switchgear though - the switch on its own won't be able to handle the loading of the whole property. Normally you would install a contactor and then divert the circuits that you want to switch through this - The key switch would then control the contactor via its coil. Not really a DIY job.

To buy this material in Spain you would need to go to a good Electrical Wholesaler

Presume you have no FRIDGE / FREEZER then if you're going to cut power of, otherwise why not just drop the mains switch every time you leave.
