Utilities terazzas de la torre

We are looking at signing for appartment next week...how long does it take for utilities to be connected on the Terazzas de la torre at the moment....plus can anyone give us ant tips about the resort?

Not long. Our solicitor did it all. Strongly advise not only standing orders but to check regularly that the payments are being paid as they should. The utilities are not slow at disconnecting you again if the payment hasn't gone through. Happy to answer any questions you have. Have you found the Terrazas website? Hope you love your new home as much as we do.
