I've just watched the aforementioned programme, why are these people so obsessed with the sea? Oh it had to be near tge sea , it had to be near marbella, it had to have rental potential and it had to be a holiday home for up to 4 adults and a child, and last but not least come in at a budget of 72, 000 sterling.
Bugger me they didn't want to much then........ then when the presenter showed them something they liked, a box with basic furniture and two bathrooms for about 78k they decided they would need a mortgage so they may go for something bigger and borrow more, for a thin walled box of a kitchen cum diner cum living room with a small balcony that if you stand up hang over the edge you may see a bit of blue.
They want to also rent out they never once asked the occupancies of the other properties in the block of flats around the poxy pool in the middle..... haven't we been here befor are we that stupid to go there again .....YES!is the simple answer. Why not step back can we not go to the sea for a days visit then go back to a large proper built family home maybe with a pool in the garden with views of the countryside without the smell of chip fat and noisy drunken idots and tge cost for this maybe £50000max who needs the bloody sea.
