installation of air conditioning units in Murcia what should I expect to pay

We are considering installing air con units on our next visit to our property in Spain in June.

We thought a unit for each bedroom (2) and perhaps a unit for the lounge for the winter. We plan to retire to our property in the sun and just less than 2 years.

I have started to read up on air con units and it is suggested that the new  heat pump types would be the most efficient type although more expensive.

We have a 2 bed town house which is south facing, the lounge and one bedroom face the sun all day, there is a roof top solarium which covers both bedrooms.

Whilst the size of the rooms will be a factor in the sizing and cost please could someone give a guide as to what the likely costs are likely to be and any other issues I need to consider

Hi,

We recently had A/C installed. We opted for the inverter type (Saunier Duval) 550 euros per unit for the bedrooms, including installation. We were quoted 600 euros for our large lounge - but decided to limit ourselves to the bedrooms.

Our rooms are sun-drenched as well !
