The Bridge at Balsicas.

Hi every body, This is really a general question to everybody who as bought a property on the site at Balsicas. I have only just joined this site, and to my horror found the photos of the bridge. I first signed my contract in April 2006 with Parador.

 At no time did Taray, Parador or Danil services make it known to me of the building of this large bridge over the railway tracks.

Is the the case with every body that has bought a property on this site, or not, as any body been offered any kind of compensation for them not doing their duty by telling us of this bridge before signing a contract.

Does the bridge dramatically change the possibilities of enjoyment of your apartment?  Have youalready completed?

We put a deposit on the house next to the show house 4 years ago and pulled out. So glad we did because, as you say, the bridge was never mentioned and it is within yards of where our house would have been.

A terrible eyesore almost in the backyards.
