Hi there, does anyone know how easy it is (or not as the case may be!) to set up your own B and B in Spain? I am learning Spanish and have bought a property in the Guardamar area and am hoping to move out and do B and B with a few Spanish lessons thrown in. All replies gratefully received. Linda

Welcome to our forum. I'm a non resident in the area. I know our friends in Benijofar (Benimar 1 actually) book their friends visiting from the UK into a nearby B&B & I've seen B&Bs advertised all over. I've just done a Google search for "B&Bs in Guardamar area" & found loads. If I was you I'd email the owners & ask them as they have done it. For example these below have many B&Bs listed. Good luck. We may need you one day.
