Does a conveyancing lawyer who has POA have the authority to change the terms and conditions of a purchase contract, without the express authority of the client, i.e. does the lawyer have to give the client the opportunity to examine all terms and conditions and seek their approval?
Is a Bank Guarantee considered part of the terms and conditions of a purchase contract?
