Buying a mobile home in spain.

Hi, Need some advise , Hope someone can help !!. Have been over to spain to view a Mobile Home which im very interested in buying.The lady im buying from is elderly and she is giving me a bill of sale , nothing ligealy done, i have become quite friendly with this lady and i trust her very much. Now..... is this bill of sale good enough ? if it should be a proper legal contract, can this be done by a British solisitor OR DOES IT HAVE TO BE DONE IN SPAIN. Help !!!!!
