LONG TERM RENTAL REQUIRED-CAN YOU HELP?

 Hi Everyone.

I have just rejoined this site and I hope you may be able to help me out.

I know its a good way off but as from 1.March 2014.my wife andf I both retired,will be looking for a long term rental that allows a small dog.

We are both non smokers and would be looking for a minimum of 2 bedrooms,fenced in with a pool if possible.

We used to live 50 mins east of Malaga but we are keeping an open mind about location this time.

Somwhere not too far off the beaten track and preferably on the level would be nice,

If you have such a place becoming available or you know of somewhere,please could you get back tome.

References can be supplied if required.

 Thank you Camposol.I recall one such publication "Sentinella" being very gppd when we lived there before.I am really trying to deal direct with an owner to avoid letting  agents fees !

we have had success in getting really good deals by offering cash to owners. There are a lot of property to rent and many people seem happy to deal direct just to get some income.
