Punta Prima??? or somewhere else?

Hello everyone,

I've been browsing the site and found it very useful, I went out to Punta Prima for an inspection with Bennecke last year and am possibly considering an apartment in La Recoleta Ph3. I'm looking for as much info as possible regarding the whole Punta Prima developement such as plans of the completed site, beaches, marina?? and block locations etc.

Any recomendations on who to purchase from and any information on pricing? 174000 euros starting price?

Finally any feedback on value for money of the properties, and general views on the developement - good or bad

I can't remember what thread it was on but here is access to the plans on one of the threads. Try putting Punta Prima development plans into the search. Alternatively ask Fibby UK as I think it was her that put them on initially.
