My husband and I are wanting to re-locate to Spain- not sure when and have just started on the first rung of a very long ladder on how to get there.

We have been over with Parador and viewed some properties and unfortunately, due to time constraints, only stumbled upon San Cayetano on our last day.

This development has sparked our interest as 1 possibility so really could do with your help/advice on this 1 and any other similar developments which come highly recommended.

This is just a quick intro and we will be posting more questions very soon. Hope we get lots of replies/help.

Thanks

Pauline & Anthony (PANDA- get it?)

Hi and welcome to Eye on Spain.

The best thing to do is check out the message board for San Cayetano, we have many buyers registed and chatting there.  You need to register using this link:

Best of luck with it all.

Justin

Hi Panda

We are in the Mar Menor area and we love it. After looking at a lot of properties we found the perfect place and love it there. San Cayateno is not far away from us, more inland and if you look at the mar menor chitty chat thread there are quite a few of us in the surounding area. It really is a lovely area and we have made a lot of friends through the forum and we meet up if we are in spain at the same time. I haven't been to San Cayatano, but have heard it is a nice place and a few members have purchased there. We are also trying to get a restaurant review for the area as we are all fairly newbies and still exploring ourselves so feel free to join in and let us know how you are getting on. Any help we can give just give us a shout and enjoy the forum.

Very nice development

Had a good look at it in March 2006 and nearly bought

But decided on a small development just outside Huercal Overa

Good builder and nice location
