Hi all
We would welcome your views on Girasol Homes. They have very good offers on properties available in Condado de Alhama which require a reservation fee of €3000. Is this part of the price or extra?
Is this normal? The mortgage is very favourable.
Is this place the same as La Isla del Condado?
Your views would be welcome as my scam - ometer is on full alert!

If you want to look at homes on condado de Alhama, contact Andy Young - Condado Invest. Look it up on google etc

The €3,000 will be a reservation deposit as part of the sale price. I work for them and have been helping their clients get mortgages for nearly 6 years.
If you want to PM me your details, we can communicate via email. The bank in question has just changed it's mortgages and collared the rate, but it is still very, very good at 100%
