Hello, calling from Bulgaria.

Hello everyone, we are Chris and Ray presently living in Bulgaria but moving to Spain sometime this year. We originally moved here two years ago from the uk, bought a two bed villa with a summerhouse, in a village called kozloduytsi Dobrich and have spent our time renovating it.. We have had some great times here and met some wonderful people, particularly our neighbours who welcomed us with open arms and helped us whenever they could. We have more than one thousand sq mtrs of land and have planted fruit trees and lots of grapevines but still have lots of land left  so as you can imagine things have become too much for us to keep up with, hence our decision to relocate.Our plan is to try and sell our villa and buy a small property in Costa Blanca but as the market is so slow we realise we may be renting for a very long time time. We would really appreciate it if  you could advise us on locations....... were looking for a residential area with shops, doctors, hospital, restaurants and bars all within walking distance...... also a good bus service /  train links and no more than an hour from the airport. Dont want to be in a tourist area, but dont want to be anywhere too quiet either...... I know its a tall order and we may have to compromise but were open to suggestions.  Tell us where you are and what you like about it.   Thanks for reading our post ....
