off plan build

 we have put a deposit down with masainternational for an off build property. advice needed on when we start looking for a lawyer, how goodthe lawyers masa recommend are.Masa said they will send the contract over soon, build will not be ready for 2 years thank you

Why not post this in the board dedicated to buying property ? Just click on this link here >> Buying property & it will take you directly to it. Do not use ANY agents lawyers. You should always choose an independant lawyer. Read the many threads on this & you'll understand why this is paramount in most cases.

masa's  lawyers have been fine with us on our purchase and we have done all relevant paperwork quicklyand efficiently for our completion in dec 2007,some people condenm companies like masa etc without actually having had any experiences of them,i can only give my opinion on my exxperience with them and they have been spot on with every stage of our purchase keeping us well informed of all progress throughout.
