water bill

Hi, can help regarding water bills, we have bought a property on camposol,nr mazarron,the water company had taken a payment from my bank account on the 3rdmarch 2012 and nothing has been taken since,can anyone tell me when they take the money from your account? is it every month or every 2 or 3 months.

Would appreciate any help on this matter.

Think it's every 2 months, but here in Marbella they are always behind, tried to pay water for  March/April in the middle of May and they told us to come back in a couple of weeks.

Our water company bill us every 6 months.
