prosthetic clinic in Spain

 Hi , Does anyone know of a Prosthetic Clinic in Spain were I can get my prosthetic leg fixed? It has a lever on the side so I can bend the Knee when I need to sit down. The cord or wire snapped yesterday and is totally fixed straight. I cannot find anything at all on Google.

Hope someone can help otherwise I may have to fly back to the UK which I do not relish that idea.

Titian, I dont know where you are in Spain, but  in the streets surrounding our local hospital in Granada you can find many shops selling mobility aids and giving prosthetics advice. I am pretty sure they have details of local specialists who could help out with a problem such as yours and I would say that this is probably similar in many parts of Spain.

In any case, I am sure that any local doctor or health centre in your area could tell you where you can find help.

 Thanks for the helpful replies , I have been advised to go to a local shop near Antequera Hospital as that is where the Doctors would send people with prosthetics.
