Builders in court & on national television.

It was good to see justice being carried out or at least a attemp for hundreds of Brits who have taken a builder to court for receiving millions and not building the homes in Hellin. The court case was on the news tonight on TVE 1.

Thanks Maria. We had a good day in court yesterday. There was a lot of media interest - TV, Radio, Newspapers etc.. We had a demonstration outside the CAM Bank Branch in Hellin and also outside the court. The media covered it all Looking forward to another day in Court today!!! Keith

No the Judge did not give a time frame.

La Verdad newspaper said to expect a Judgment within 20 days.

But realistically given the size of the case it could be anywhere between 2 weeks and 2 months..................

Even if it is two months, it will soon pass over, and then, if there is any justice in this legal system, you will be celebrating and  be able to put your 8 year nightmare, well and truly behind you

Best wishes to you all, this is a great encoragement to see how far you have got, it seems that many other are laging so far behind because of bad administration and bad advise. I know many people who have taken action and are pressing forward not knowing if they will win the case or not but the rsults of your action is a real encoragement. Reading the reports in the news papers etc is great.
