I have a 2bed/2bath ground floor with garden bungalow appartment in a small mountainside urbanisation in Cox, Alicante and would like to swap for a property between los alcazares and guadamar as i am finding commuting from cox to orihuela costa to far each day for work. This is an interesting idea.
What taxes would be due on an exchange?
I suspect the authorities would treat it like two sales, with all the taxes due on their valuations.

im not 100% sure, im hopping minimal tax to be paid, if i find an interested party i will look deeper in to the costs.
