Is there an association or recognised organisation of professional administrators

If so would be grateful for contact details

My understanding is that there are different bodies for different regions.  This is the one for Madrid and this is the one for Seville.

Search for "administradores de fincas (location)" in Google.es you and should find the one pertaining to your area.

You can select your town from the drop down menu and hit buscar, but please be advised: "professional administrator" is an oxymoron.
