DEAR MARIA,

I am having trouble with our developers from finishing a snagging item. We have cfompleted and paid in full and the 30 day promise of completing allsnagging is over and still no completion. This is delaying us from moving in and making the most of what will be left of the summer. Where can we go from here to get satisfaction? We have contcted our oen lawyer but have had no reply in a week.
