If anyone has an aprtment for rent in the following areas could they please let me know,i could probably get one from a local agent but i would rather give the business to a forum member.

Benijofar,Formentera,Los Montesinos etc...........

I have a lady client on her own and she would like to rent in an area like this untill i can find her a place.

As she is a lady on her own security and proximity to all amenities is essential,i would rather do it this way rather than put her in a hotel.

I need somehere for the 1st week in july for approx 4-6 weeks.

If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.

Hi ALL,

If anyone is wondering about the nature of these posts then i will explain.

We have changed our policy with clients coming from the UK to purchase property.

We are now renting them property in the location they request or we think will be roughly in the area that suits or could suit their requirements,this gives them an real view of where they are intending to live.

Hopefully that way they can get an unbiased opinion fron neighbours,locals,etc. of what it is actually like to live in the area.

If there is anyone out there with;

1; A 2 Bed Apartment in the same villages as previously mentioned in this post as i have another client with the same criteria,wanted for approx 4 weeks.

2; A 3 Bed villa or quad on Lo crispin wanted immediately for approx 4 weeks. 

After the help of a forum member i already have secured 1 property and need 2 more this month.

Hopefully this will help all parties concerned and bring business to the forum members looking to rent.

Just to make things clear,i will purely put them in touch with you and you can arrange payment etc,i will only act with arrangements and no commision will be added as i am not a rental agent.

Has anyone got a property at Residencial Mariana at the marina in Guardamar,they are Urbasa Apartments?

I think the builder was Propeidades de Vinalopo.
