Postal rates from Spain to Uk and Europe

I am often sending parcels to the Uk and other parts of Europe and always seem to get the cost wrong. Has anyone got a list, or tell me where I can find one, of the cost of large letters and parcels from Spain please? I have searched the web and aksed at Post Offices without much success.

We always manage to get the rates from the Correos website but buy our stamps from the Tobacanist there are no queues there.
