Sabadell take over of Cam

According to yesterday's Spanish newspapers Sabadell is going ahead with incorporating the CAM into their system. They have appointed 3 of their directors to re-organise, re-brand and generally improve the CAM branches. It appears that Sabadell have lost patience waiting for the EU to issue their formal consent.
By the way, it would be interesting to know who valued the rights issue shares of "georgeh" and whether they were Sabadell or CAM.

Did they mention a date for the incorporation to be completed OR all CAM branches will have their name replaced by Sabadell ?

No program made available and, as I said before, the name of the new set-up will be Sabadell-CAM, allegedly.
