Mojon Hills, what's the forum view, good, great place to invest?

 hi everyone, we are considering buying an apartment at Mojon Hills, phase 4 and B apartments, welcome any views, mortgage and close costs are attractive and views/location amazing, thank you

We bought three years ago and love it here. Everybody we speak to seems happy. The roads are pretty much finished  and the properties have habitation certificates. Cartagena council have been pretty strict in overseeing the development ensuring the builder stuck to the plans. Even had them rip out a staircase with too many steps in one flight of stairs.  Go to the Mojon Hills forum and read some of the posts there. We did not buy to invest, but we do know people have been successful with lettings. Heard of somebody who has got ten bookings for this year. The weather is great as we seem to have a micro climate on this part of the coast.

 thanks, sorry Guy I meant we've been offered B2 which sold and now now B5, the only concern looking at the plan is the internal size, 43.5 sq.m, purchase price is €135k with garage space and close costs €8.5, bargain??
