Just wondering if anyone actually spent the money and bought Mark Wilkins book on buying distressed property. I find it hard to believe that the book is really worth 37€ considering you average ebook on Amazon is in the range of 2-3 euros (unless it's a best seller than perhaps maybe 10)
The few free (a 49.95 value) ebooks I did get were nothing more than a blog post.
Perhaps a better question is, why didn't Mark go the traditional route and publish it the regulay way and sell it for a more reason 8€
No matter how good the book is 37€ is a total rip off.
Edit: it does come with a money back gaurantee so maybe I'll give it a shot
