Saeson greetings to the EoS team and members of the various threads and forums.

My 2012 will be very different as I have exchanged contracts on my UK house today just 20-days after it going on the market. I also sold my portfolio of rental properties so am free of all ties with the UK. As such I'm returning to my native Australia (Perth) after some 40 very happy years in Europe.

So once the rent on my Dubai Villa ends in March I'm going back home. I'll try to keep in touch with Spain through EoS so for now bye and the best of the season to you'll.
