That brilliant video

About six months ago there was a brilliant video sketch of a young woman's victory over Spanish paper-shuffling bureacracy ina typical local authority office. I often wonder if those it depicted so well in that video ever looked, never mind learned from it. Obviously not at Fuengirola; it really is a case of what happens when the truly incompetent are put in charge.  Did anyone keep it? I would love to share it again. Thanks. Mike
