hi everyone,

Im Tracey and hoping to complete on my property end of august, plot 76.  and will be relocating with my 13 year old daughter.

i hope every one has settled in well so far,

can anyone advise my on

1. which schools you have choosen

2. the up to date valuation on a 2 bed town house, as im now arranging a mortgage,

any response would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Tracy,

You really need to tell people where you are first.

If you are arranging a mortgage the bank will do a valuation on it for you as they will want to know what they are lending against.

ive purchased on torre alcantare, balsicas, i thought this site was was this new development only.  sorry for any confusion, caused.
