To Old - Eye on Spain

Wednesday, May 30, 2007 happysole Parcela I'm in essex,fuente de piedra I've made 21 posts Send private message to happysole	Can any of you fellow members help? Friend of ours are buying on the phase 2 Fuente de piedra townhouse,this as been on going for 4yrs they were on the first phase then moved to the second . They are supposed to be completing only to be now told that they are too old to get a spanish mortgage and if they can not complete on time they will loose there large deposit. Palmeria properties we more than aware of their clients age when they took their money they were also aware that our friends would need a mortgage would any one have any suggestions that could help?
