I have stayed in a great boutique hotel in Velez de Benaudalla a few times and the Spanish owners wish to sell in order to retire. They do not know of any decent agent to help them sell so I said I would try to find out if there are any out there! Local agents don't seem geared to this kind of sale.  It could also be used as large luxury home. Does anyone know of any companies that operate in this market? Thanks.
