New Business in Spain but 1 still in England

I am considering buying a small existing business in Spain and the type of business iti is works on the modular system of tax and national insurancebut, i have a small business in England that will still be operating if i decide to go through with the purchase doe sanyone know if i will apy tax in both countries i presume i will but will it still be at both current rates in each country or will both businesses have to pay the dues in just 1 country i.e if i move to Spain will i pay tax to Spain for the engish business as well?

 It depends where you are resident you pay tax on international income where you live

 It actually international law except for US citizens where they have to pay tax on all income wherever they  reside

do you rember what the eye doesnot see etc etc
