Luckily, I read through EOS and arranged for Roy to do my snagging list on a property my husband and Iare buying through ATLAS. They sent me a completion letter and told me that everything was ready for completion to go ahead etc. etc. I would advise anybody buying a house in Spain to arrange an Independant inspection before completing as when Roy turned up at the house it was far from ready- incomplete windows, doors etc. Has anyone else experienced this with their agents? i.e. Agents trying to get you to complete when they have not checked out the property status before sending out letters?
