hi from lisa and derek help required

hi, we have just returned from sierra golf 26/05/07,

we are purchasing a open plus.

the site is coming together and is expected that the first phase will be complete by september/october, can anyone else confirm this.

we would be grateful of any information we should know before signing on the dotted line.

We too, are buying at Sierra Golf, and as the previous posting states, there is a forum on this site, under Sierra Golf. We are all waiting for the properties (first phase) to be handed over, they have taken 3 years to complete, and whilst the phase is now completely built, the water & electrics are not yet connected, but we are told by GrupoMasa, the builders that they will be released ' soon'. They do appear to be notorious in their forcasting dates of completion, the latest being toted around as july. We shall see, we've heard it all before.

Might I ask, is your Open on the first phase? I've not heard it called an 'Open Plus' before, but I have heard that the next phase of Open villas will have a basement, whereas the first ones did not.

to answer your question, yes the open plus is on the first phase with a very large basement.

the entance to the basement is from the outside of the building, we had a look in one last sat (26/5) and wow it was good.
