Public liability insurance

Do I need public liability insurance in Spain, is it recommended when renting property out in Spain? 

Does anybody have it? If so how much does it cost? Any recommended insurance companies?

 Hi, any genuine holiday company would expect you to have PLI, up to 1million euros cover in fact.  However its not that difficult to get, most buildings and contents policies give you a certain amount of cover, otherwise there are plenty of companies who can draw you up a "landlords" policy.  To be honest i wouldnt rent out my own place without it, ive seen and dealt with many things over the years working in Tourism!
