Thoughtless neighbour!

 We recently sold our apartment and bought a villa in Spain.  We chose it for the panoramic views to the sea and mountains.  English neighbours on the street below have just had a large tv dish put up on their roof ruining our view.  (They have other places to put it but 'it would be in the way'!)  We have asked them quite civally to come and have a drink with us and see how it affects us.  We just got accused of 'causing trouble'!  Where can we get advice to get it removed?

If you do speak to the president, there may even be local regulations (statutes) that cover this type of issue.

 We are not in a community although I think they may be.  If we found out who their President is, do you think he would entertain us - not being part of their community?

 You have nothing to loose. He may be able to arbitrate and act as a go between.
