Google Ads Doesnt Like the "Page Type"

Can anyone on here help me please?!  When I started my Blog it said about getting a Goodle Ad account.  It advised waiting a couple of weeks before applying, which I did but Googles response was they couldnt put ads on my site because of the "Page Type".  Has anybody else had this problem and if so how did you resolve it??  Just dont understand what Im doing wrong.  Any help gratefully received.
